These stress-reducing programs can be viewed at home or in healthcare facilities. Loving Meditations for stress, fear, sleep, breathing and pain may help manage side effects and unpleasant symptoms associated with cancer treatment.

Loving Meditations was founded by Tamara J. Green, LCSW and David Dachinger. Tamara is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and meditation facilitator. David is a Grammy® nominated composer and a stage-4 cancer survivor. As a caregiver and patient they lived through cancer diagnosis and treatment including scans, radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. Their journey led them to discover growing scientific research demonstrating how meditation and mindfulness can improve patient stress.

I found the Adviser feature!


The reason I gave this app a 4 and not a 5 is because the most cool feature of this app is not obvious- the orange alpha symbol at the top is the Adviser, a list of questions that always helps me find the perfect meditation for how I'm feeling at that moment. I love it! I've been sleeping better, less stressed and overall more calm since watching these programs. As a caregiver, that's a plus!

Love Loving Meditations


I've been a fan of Tamara Green's fantastic Loving Meditations for years. I'm so happy to now have such easy access to her positive guidance through this app! Be assured that a few minutes using Loving Meditations will have you where you need to be and changing negative thoughts into positive action.

My aunt has brain cancer and I just read a book, The Field, by Lynne McTaggart about how healers have been able to help cancer patients through meditation from a distance. This app can help me do just that! Try it, it can be more powerful than you think! Worst case, you just feel calmer.
