Low carb, really? Not a taboo.

Carbohydrates: Dietary intake of complex carbohydrates can lower blood cholesterol when they are substituted for saturated fat. Healthy Carbs are your friends, derived from plants. The body breaks down most sugars and starches into glucose, a simple sugar that the body can use to feed its cells. Ahem.... Giving you ENERGY. We eat to regain our energy, why chose to be under carbs & misinformed??? I just don't get it.

So much potential

And yet, kind of disappointing. There are some good, low carb recipes in here but there are a lot of low fat recipes too which are not really distinguished from the low carb ones. I'm afraid this app is too misleading to be very helpful for people trying a low carb lifestyle.

Not healthy

Chocolate candy corn cookies? Using I can't believe it's not butter? Then below that was a recipe for another sweet dessert. Not what I was looking for, and the recipes are not realistic in following a low glycemic diet.
