STAY AWAY! DO NOT ENTER YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO. Sent money for pick in the Philippines and received a notice transaction successful on screen. Then saw another message stating transaction being reviewed. Checked email hoping for a receipt, none found. A few hours later, still no receipt by email, none received using app. Then a few hours later I’m unable to log back in the app because “user does not exist.” Shut down phone and restart. Same error message found “user does not exist”. Called customer service and they claim the on line department is in charge of transaction. They advised me to send an email for assistance. 24 hours later, no response to my email asking for help. Report this app and company to Apple, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission.
They should not be in the finance business. If you have a company who has access to your bank accounts and won’t even respond after a transaction isn’t successful just to find out what happened?
Finally got a response 24 hours later. Because I did not meet their verification requirements they cancelled the transaction with out any explanation.
Stay away. Unprofessional company. I’ll enjoy checking my bank account every hour until I change my account #.
This version needs fixing!
It's user friendly app, but lately I've encountered an issue when I tried to send money to either my current or new recipients. When I tapped "select recipient" it's not responding whatsoever, or showing down the list of recipients I made! I tried multiple ways of tap, slide up/down, swipe or whatever finger gestures I can think of, but to no avail! So I can't hit/tap "Continue" to proceed! I was stuck and felt helpless!
I've deleted the app and re-install it, same problem! Better fix this! It's annoying and not helpful at all! Better shop for another mobile money transfer app if this issue still persists.
I'll update to a higher star rating when this glitch be taking care of. Hopefully ASAP!

A lot of work and now the app is saying that my account doesn’t exis
I submitted a ton of personal info (SO time consuming!) to send money. I went to sign back in to send again (no problems on first transaction) and it’s telling me my account doesn’t exist!? It makes me very uncomfortable that they got so much personal information out of me, blocked my account and never informed me. When I finally reached them they were SO rude! Accused me of illegal activity! I’m sending to a cousin! Don’t waste your time. These people are AWFUL.
