Worst moving day EVER!!
This was our second time using Lugg. First time everything was smooth and we were provided with an XL box truck per our reservation. Today we reserved the exact same thing and when the Lugg arrived it was a sprinter van not even close to big enough for our stuff... we have a 1 be apt with minimal furniture. I reached out to the Lugg support team who basically told me that it's the luck of the draw with an XL. Either you get a sprinter van or an actual box truck. They told me I could cancel my current Lugg and reserve again and I may get a box truck. I found their service to be horrible and extremely unhelpful. We were forced to cancel and search our area for the closest Uhaul with a truck available on Memorial Day weekend... thanks for nothing Lugg.

The luggers I got, Rick and Spencer, are 5 star movers! So courteous, quick, and have all the materials to make the move as smooth as possible. I could NOT have moved this HUGE futon without them! I didn't have to do a thing, they took care of everything: what a huge stress relief. Also highly reliable people: I'd give them the key to my house, they're that trustworthy.
Lugg is FANTASTIC!
The gentleman from Lugg, Zacarayah and Joshua, were extremely professional and efficient! They were careful and precise, moving my entire apartment from one city to another in less than 2 hours! I will definitely recommend Lugg to anyone with moving needs and won't hesitate to use them again myself when the need arises. Thanks guys - you rock!!
