Long time Lyft customer and lover
LOVE Lyft!! I've used it in multiple cities in multiple states. It's never failed me. I know how much I'm spending and the rate doesn't change on me at any time. I always feel safe while traveling. If there's a money error I am always reimbursed ( this has only happened once to me) . I love the app and company. I am always able to get ahold of a person when I need to if there is something wrong with my app, if I have a question or if I have a need for anything . I rarely do but when that does occur I don't have problems solving the issue(s). The drivers are well vetted and clearly like working for Lyft as they will tell you if you ask, they prefer Lyft over competitors. They are treated better as employees and as a result they are happier and you can tell as a customer too. I've always had friendly drivers who are safe and know where they are going and what they are doing. I know how much I am spending before I get in the ride. I love lyft.
Super easy to use
Absolutely awesome! App makes it super easy to request a ride and choose the size vehicle you want and linking it with PayPal makes it easy to pay and tip !!
