Lyfts Consideration to Getting Back to Customers on Issues

I started using Lyft through my family. They referred me, and even though they never received referral fees, we still continue. At first rides would come as stated; example, if it said 2 minutes, they would come in 2 minute. Then as time went on, we start to find drivers stating a time, and some would come almost 10 minutes later. Imagine this, because remember that when you are waiting, the clocks ticks, and you must be there without delay, or its cancelled and you are charged.

Ive had many drivers, and recent too, say they arrived, when they had not. Ive had drivers come with the cleanest cars, and lately with dirty exterior and interior. When riding the line, being patient, they will stop to get the other person, even though you are waiting, and then drop them first, landing me much later to my destination. Ive had drivers drive fast, almost going through lights, and looking at their phones while driving. Not acceptable.

So, while many of this concerns may just be the way life is i guess, and mishaps i must be understanding to, and maybe I'm still even learning how this all works, my ability to reach Lyft immediately, or get a call back, or reply to my concerns, to me is a major concern, poor business, and pretty inconsiderate since I've been using the service consistently for months. Maybe a little consideration in trying to fix this please. Thanks so much.

Quick ride within minutes!!!!

I would highly recommend Lyft.. the drivers are so efficient and nice. Taking a lift is a lot more reliable then taking any other taxi each drive gets you as close to your destination as possible. Lyft drivers are always in the area the app is reliable and frequently updates to make sure it’s users are getting the best experience I will always recommend Lyft over a regular taxi. All drivers keep the cars clean and well organized, they also find the quickest routes around the city to get you to ur destination in a timely fashion. Just last week I took my first Lyft and I absolutely love it. Taking a Lyft is a lot cheaper and every car is eco friendly. Lyft prices are at a fixed rate at first glance and after you request the ride the price stays the same it does not change due to traffic or stopping to pick up other people. Lyft share allows you to share re ride balance with the other passengers sometimes Lyft will send you discounts or just apply them to your rides. Your very first Lyft is FREE !!!

Lyft Inc app development team has created a very reliable app that as soon as something is noticed to be going wrong they fix it right away!! The team release a new update to the app as soon as they fix the problem I am very happy to be a Lyft customer.

Bad service and a no show driver

I started using Lyft last year. I have recently returned to using Uber. I have had a handful of bad experiences using Lyft. My first bad experience was when I was in New York. The driver who picked up my sister, nephew, and I from the airport was very rude. He told us we had too much luggage and had to give him the cost difference between a Lyft and an UberX since he had an big SUV. We all had two bags so 6 pieces of luggage. I went and got one of the Airport security guards to help us understand what was going on and to let us know if we needed to order an Uber. The Lyft driver then said he thought we had more people with us. My sister is super nice and still gave him a $20 tip. The next bad experience was in Chicago. I was outside waiting for my Lyft and they left me. I never saw them pull onto the street I was on or leave. I tried calling, but got no response. Lyft was responsive to my complaint and very nice. They gave me a $10 credit which was nice. I decided to try them again two weeks ago. It was a Friday evening and I was waiting outside for my Lyft. She never showed up. I tried calling and texting and she didn’t answer. I wasn’t able to order another Lyft because she didn’t cancel the ride until Sunday evening which was two days after I ordered it. I couldn’t contact Lyft over it because “Sophia” didn’t show up in my ride history. I’m unsure why that is? Anyways I’ve since went back to Uber and will stay away from Lyft!
