Fixed Issues:
• Fixed crash that would occur when the user sacrificed a Clue token.
• Fixed issue with UI for Daily Quest text values.
• Fixed issue wherein a user pauses the timer in a multiplayer match and then concedes the duel.
• Fixed issue with priority not being held when the only cards and abilities a player can play are instant-speed.
• Priority now being held for instants fixes issue with Coal Stoker's floating mana disappearing before the user is able to play an instant.
• Fixed crash issue when attacking with an awakened land card that is enchanted by Invocation of Saint Traft.
• Fixed issue with Disciple of the Ring's "Tap target creature" ability.
• Fixed crash issue with the profile becoming desynced from Battle Mode when a player was going through the first-time user experience.
• Fixed issue with creatures transforming into planeswalkers not triggering Oath of Chandra.
• Fixed issue with Kozilek's Return that would allow the player to deal 5 damage to all creatures when the user chooses to not use its ability from the graveyard.
• Fixed issue where playing Pieces of the Puzzle would allow the user to choose a sorcery but not an instant.
• Fixed issue with the creature exiled by Lunarch Inquisitors not returning to the battlefield when Lunarch Inquisitors leaves the battlefield.
• Fixed issue where Vessel of Malignity's ability could be activated at instant speed.
• Fixed issue where Eldrazi Mimic does not change its power/toughness to equal the other creature's power and toughness if those values have been changed by other spells or abilities when Eldrazi Mimic's ability resolves.
• Fixed issues wherein a user equips Slab Hammer onto a creature and during the attack phase uses the card's ability to give the equipped creature a +2/+2 bonus.
• Fixed issue preventing the ability on Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon's emblem from being activated on Gideon, Ally of Zendikar when Gideon is a creature.
• Fixed issue with Endbringer being unable to target a planeswalker.
• Fixed issue with Krallenhorde Howler lowering the minimum cost of Skyrider Elf to only one colored mana instead of two.
• Flameblade Angel no longer auto-resolves to cause a loop of 1 damage until a player died.
• Transformed double-faced cards are no longer treated as having a converted mana cost of 0.
• Fixed issue with a tapped land's second ability not being activated by right click.
• Fixed issue with no animation being shown when earning coins by playing random Two-Headed Giant matches.
• Fixed issues for when the user disconnects from a ranked duel and wins the duel offline. Now the user sees that they lost a rank immediately when entering the Quests menu.
• Fixed issue where the AI on very rare occasions illegally splits damage between the user and their planeswalker using multi-target damage spells.
• Fixed issue with Ranked Versus messaging for conceding/opponent conceding appearing in Invite Versus matches.
• Matchmaking two local teammate teams will exit gracefully when conceding. When playing against an AI opponent that has replaced a random human opponent, coins are awarded only if the remaining team wins.
• Fixed issue where inviting another player into a Two-Headed Giant match vs random opponents would cause one player to consistently disconnect before the lobby was created.
• Reduced the number of unrecoverable desync issues.

Have to spend $ or can't progress
Ok first of all, I've been playing mtg since beta and I've played several pc games over the years and the PS3 mtg game as well. They've done a great job building a solid platform for the mobile transition. It's got pretty much anything you would expect and in fact is solid, save two major issues; the easy a.i. in story mode is too hard. Period. The game forces you to use predetermined decks and is clearly meant as a training session of sorts, but it's infuriatingly difficult. Kind of a bummer considering you need to progress through story mode to unlock additional free packs to help boost your decks for various battle modes. Which brings me to gripe #2... The "easy" a.i. in solo battle is waaaay too hard. Harder the the hard guy in fact. And again, I've been building decks for 20 years so I kinda know how. I'm not saying he's unbeatable, just that the balance is off. Easy is harder than hard. Other than that, I had kind of expected to see more of the older sets, would be nice to see that artwork again, even if it's just in limited edition lands or something, I dunno. Just don't forget your roots, WotC. Some of us have been around for a long time.
Overall, solid game. It'll get better.
Game-breaking bugs, lost data
Update: still constant server disconnections losing game progress, which makes the game not worth playing for me. Haven't been able to complete a single match with the new version. Other bugs still present. Garbage.
((Otherwise such a great game, please please fix it!))
This game is a joke. Like some others have reported, the last update forces me to choose between cloud and local data - I guess I chose wrong because I've lost all my progress and booster packs (thank goodness I didn't spend any real world money, at least,) and now I can't establish a connection at all so practically I can't even play. When the game "worked," there were constant nonsensical bugs - double (or more) turns, randomly having a card discarded from my hand, played creatures being sent to the graveyard for no reason... It was ridiculous. There was also one story battle that perfectly illustrated another set of problems: I lost at least a dozen times - partly because of the poorly programmed randomness of deck and hands, partly because of the intentionally underpowered deck - and after I managed to win, I had to do so another half dozen times, at least, because the game wouldn't record my progress. I wish they'd taken much better care of this game, because I'd love to love it, but right now it's simply hateful.
Authentic magic mobile version
I wondered why woc felt the need to do duels but now I get it. I was a big fan of the card game and MTGO but stepped away for a while. This is basically MTGO lite. They did a great job giving you the authentic experience and in some ways I think better and more accessible than the the full MTGO game.
You can earn the cards you want without paying but be prepared to grind like you have never ground before. After fully completing the story mode and beginning quests I had enough coins to buy about 15 boosters. With the partial core set you get to start with and the 3 new EM boosters for beating the new quests that gave me about one competitive deck for vs play. But that in itself is more free cards than I ever got from MTGO.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was there is really not a good competitive sit and go format or any type of booster draft. All there is for match play is a global leader board that you will never see the top of without spending stupid amounts of money. Drafts or box entry tournaments would make this a 5 star experience.
