EDIT: Game now runs flawlessly on phone, has potential, but currently lacks depth IMO
I have an iPhone 5C & am using iOS 10.3.3. Prior to the most recent update the game would always crash during or before character creation. That no longer happens, nor do I notice any lag on the app, so it’s far more stable than it’s ever been (at least on my phone). That being said, there doesn’t seem to be much depth to the game (story or mechanics). Admittedly, I’ve never played Pokémon Go or any other AR games, so perhaps that’s the case with all games in this genre. Also, the spell casting mechanic of drawing the correct rune on my screen doesn’t seem to work 99% of the time, which is disappointing because simply tapping on the spell I want to use is less effective and less exciting. Brewing potions is fun, but I think there could be more depth to that as well. All that said, the idea of this game is good, and I think that the devs could definitely improve it in the future. At least it should hopefully be playable on all compatible devices now.
Sorry to hear that. Our map plugin is quite demanding and we are working on fixing bugs and optimizing the game. In the next release ti should go much smoother and in the release after that we plan to replace the map plugin and it should be optimized much better. Thank you for being so patient and we hope to see you back in game soon!
EDIT: We have already released a new version that is waaay more optimized. We already got it approved and it should be ready to download, but it is not for some strange reason. AppStore has some troubles probably and we will have to wait few hours for them to properly distribute this version.

I am so angry and upset that I back this game through your campaign, because the graphic of the game and the feature in the game aren't really impressive, and we were all fool by your trailer. I was really look looking forward to playing this game with my brother and friend but you didn't give the community what they wanted, plus there is lots of glitch after you hold back from releasing this game. The fact that you took all of the campaign people who back you up, and you didn't deliver is very disappointing and on top of that you could give us the wand that we really want to see, and instead turn the wand profit into game item; if I knew that this would have not happen, i wouldn't have back this campaign at all. Now I do regret my purchase. If only you would listen to us the community and also make the game more exciting and make the creation of the wand happen, I would take back this review, but as of now this stay, until something change in the future.
Better and better.
I’ve been a player since alpha testing and the game just keeps getting better. Each system that the team adds gives the game more depth and enhances all of the previous content. This release the game added new champion monsters to take down. The idea neigh that you can eventually use your champions to defend your castle. Castles are a feature still in development... basically they will be the territory control aspect of Maguss.
This releases also adds a beautiful new map, now they have the edge on Pokémon in terms of map display. The new map still has a placeholder pawn for your aviator.
Both the champions and the placeholder pawn could be seen as ‘unfinished’ but they show consistent well thought out progress toward a clear development roadmap. The company is small but they keep proving that they have what it takes!
Note: people (including me) have complained that combat turns go too slow. It turns out that you can skip the wait each turn by hitting the countdown timer or the skip prompt and cut battles down to a fast paced flurry of runes and damage.
