It has potential, but there is a showstopper

This App allows me to view my company email a lot better than just accessing Outlook from a website, however, one very important feature doesn’t work at all. The App crashes when performing Company Lookup for Contacts. I contacted the developer and they requested me to re-configure my account by deleting and then re-entering the account details, which did not change anything. They responded back that they would need to check the issue further and I have received no additional response. This is an issue on both my iPhone 6 and an older iPad.

Also, on the iPhone 6 there is an issue where if the fingerprint is enabled and you double click the iPhone home button, then try to swipe up to close the app, the app reopens. You must first close the app with a single button click, then you can double click and swipe up to fully close the app.

The first issue is a definite show stopper. If corrected, I would definitely rate it much higher. The second issue is merely an annoyance.

Barely does the job

I really wanted this app to be good as this is one of the very few apps which also have a calendar feature and which don't use Microsoft active sync. But, alas.

The good part-
1. It's usable. Just about.

The bad part-
1. Notifications are hit and miss. The app might be running in background all the time still you may not be notified of the email.
2. Calendar is crap. First thing - I am never notified of any calendar event. Secondly - if someone is sending me an invitation, guys at least show me when is that meeting? Like how hard can that be? I complained this to the developer and got a response that someone will look into it but haven't heard back.
3. Mails take long time to load. Yup they do.
4. Swiping from lock screen doesn't go into the correct mail.

I can go on and on. I found a decent alternative - cloudmail. This also gives an option of using ews instead of activesync although it doesn't have any calendar feature but at least the notifications are real time ,is reliable, has lock screen features and mails can be marked read/ deleted from the top bar. And is free.

I love this email tool

This is the best app for managing and retrieving my remote email. I have tried several others and I couldn't really see any benefit over Apples native app. This is a different animal that allows me to delete emails from my phone and 'voila' they are then deleted from the original email. Wonderful!!

It also has the easiest way to mark unread after reading. Love it! Plus the developers immediately responded to an inquiry I had. You won't be sorry you tried it. I'm trying to get my husband to use it now.
