This is an incredably valuable tool for capturing various email contents
I am among other duties a mail administrator. I could have used this tool decades ago. You can copy individual elements of an email message, its headers, its content, or both. You can easily add the recipient or sender to your address book.
I would love to be able to sort the menu items manually in an order I choose, as well as sort them alphabetically forward or reverse. I would also like to see the preferences screen in alphabetical order.
Being blind and using Voice Over keeping things in a predictable order makes software more useful.
Finally, an extension to Mail
I wanna give this outfit a dollar to keep them working on other extensions and add-ons to my Apple programs.
I want more functionality out of my desktop.
Where are the Apps for the rest of my programs?
The App store is so successful, giving me little add-ons to my phone, that I want more!
More little Apps like this.
I run a monthly giveaway at my site and all entries are received via email to my Mac Mail.app. I was scouring Google trying to find an easy way to extract the email addresses from my folder so that I could put them into a spreadsheet and then pick the winners using a random number generator, or something like random.org. I found very litle help on Google so I decided to hit up the Mac App Store and searched for "Mail". This "Mail Clips" app showed up as one of the many options and for $10 I decided to give it a shot.
Wow. Let me tell you... what a life saver this is! It installed in seconds, I started the app, went to my Mail app's folder where I've been keeping all the entries, highlighted them all, then went to the menu bar, selected "Copy Sender" and that was it! Within 2 seconds all the email addresses and names were copied to my clipboard. I was easily able to paste them into TextEdit, Pages, Word, or Numbers. Works like a champ, was a no-brainer to install and use. I couldn't be happier about unloading 10 bucks on this.
This 100% solved my problem immediately. Thank you for this app!!
