Best email tracker app I've used
The app is effective and does what it was made to do, and I'm glad that there's no element such as a tracking image that is placed on the body of the email or something like that, as that can let the recipient know your messages to them and their replies are being tracked when you may not want them to know.
The tracking works very effectively and secretly here. My only complaint is that the push notifications are a battery drain in which it does it to the level as if new emails were being pushed to the iOS device, as I did a comparison with it being on and off, both after full charges. So because of this, I can't leave the notifications on or enabled away from a charger.
So I hope that the developers will tune the app to where the push notifications system on it won't drain the battery.
Very easy to setup with multiple graphics and step-by-step instructions. The app works just as promised and integrated well with both my Yahoo and private domain account using IMAP. The recipient does not appear to have knowledge of the tracking nor an option to cancel it. The app is proving to be very useful in allowing me to follow-up with parties only as necessary as opposed to sending repetitive messages.
No responsive customer service
My husband and I have been using this app for a number of months and it has been great. However, about a week ago the app stopped working on my husbands phone so he is unable to receive any tracking information. I sent a trouble ticket to customer service three days ago, and have not heard back. We use this for our business, so I cannot continue to wait around for them to respond. They are losing two clients because of their nonresponsiveness. We are going with banana tag instead, Who also offers Mac mail integration.
