iGame Radio says: "The bounty twist of Majesty 2 turns a standard strategy sim into something new and exciting. The humor of both the advisor and the heroes within the game keeps you moving to conquer your enemies and win the day."
One King To Rule Them All
In the world of Majesty, you are the ruler of the kingdom Ardania. At your service are your loyal and somewhat obnoxious subordinates, who have their own minds about how things should be done. In fact, Majesty is the only game where your heroes decide on their own what should be done and when, leaving you to try to control them through monetary incentives.
Real-time strategy game with indirect control - your heroes have a will of their own
Play through a campaign with 16 missions divided into 4 chapters, as well as a few quick missions and a variety of multiplayer maps
Build the fantasy city of your dreams and experience an engaging world, but beware: monsters are waiting to lay siege to your domain

Where are the expansions? And balance could do with some work.
We know that the expansions were releaced for the Mac but here we haven’t heard peep one in the app store
Majesty 2: Kingmaker and Battles Of Ardania were released for Mac OS X on December 15, 2010 or five years ago.
Monster Kingdom was released for Mac OS X in mid-January, 2011 also five yeas ago.
Also the balance could do with some work or at lease better tips on how to beat the missions.
In two cases you have to build a lord building and recruit lords at the start or you will eventually lose the mission because the lesser monsters will quickly be using your town and eventually castle as a punching bag and your normal heroes die too quickly to be any use against the onslaught. Now that I would expect that of expert missions but these are advanced missions relatively early on in the campaign.
A fun game, lacking in DLC.
Some of the DLC for this series (i.e. monster kingdom) is fantastic, but it’s not available in this version. Other than that, this is a solid port of a really fun game. The replayability is good but not great. The campaign isn’t all that long, and you may find that there’s nothing much to do with this game after the campaign, but I do dust it off and play around with it every once in a while. Money well spent.
Does not work for new Mac
It is a fun game to play, but it does not work with my 17 new MacBook Pro, the mouse cursor keeps moving to the left top conner of the screen, and I can not do anything about it.
This need to be fixed!
