Mango Health for iPhone and Apple Watch makes managing your medications fun, easy, and rewarding. App feature highlights include: dose reminders, drug interaction info, a health history, and best of all - points and rewards, just for taking your meds!

Schedule customized pill reminders for medications and supplements. Our user-friendly reminders are easy to schedule and edit, giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing you’ll never miss a dose.

Once you’ve added a medication, Mango Health alerts you to side effects and potentially dangerous drug interactions with other meds, supplements, or food. Color-coded messages also make it easy to understand the severity of interaction warnings.

Each day you take your medicine correctly, you’ll earn points. Points unlock the chance to win rewards, including gift cards from your favorite stores, donations to leading charities, and more.

We automatically log your medicine history, but also make it easy for you to edit your record for accuracy. With our mood feature, you can also record your symptoms and side effects to track how you feel over time.

Our real-time count of your meds on hand helps ensure you won’t run out of pills. Mango Health gives advance warning when it’s time to order a refill.

Mango Health has been featured on CNN, Self Magazine, the Los Angeles Times, and more. See what people are saying:

“A new app called Mango Health aims to make taking daily meds (like birth control) less of a chore — and less of an after thought — by rewarding users with real-life rewards. The best part? It’s free.” - Self Magazine

“Ever get a complicated prescription from a doctor? There are apps out there to help you remember to take your medicine. The latest is Mango Health's iPhone app, designed to make managing medications and nutritional supplements easier, safer and maybe even exciting by using games.” - Los Angeles Times

Here are a few words from our community members:

"I recently started taking PrEP. Mango reminds me to take it at the same time each day, and gives me incentives to do so. Even better still, I am able to check for drug interactions with just a few clicks. Definitely 5 star app."

"Best app ever!! Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia has made me super forgetful, and this app has kept me right on track with my meds!! Love this app, better than all the others definitely!! Very easy to use and customer support is the best. It's perfect for spoonies everywhere -- highly recommend. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!""

"This app has helped me get my life back on track. I'm a single mom and have a multiple sclerosis. This has really helped me not worry when I last took a dose or accidentally take two because I forgot I just took one. Wonderful app!"

What's New in Version 3.1.7

We heard that the app wasn’t opening for a few of you, and we do apologize for the inconvenience - we've gone ahead and fixed that (and sped up the app considerably) in this update. That said, you may see reminders coming in a little bit slower than before if you're on a bad network connection.

We've also fixed a bug for some people where certain meds were mysteriously missing from their schedule -- and as a result, all reminders were not coming in as they should. This feature is our number one priority, and we’ve worked hard to make sure reminders are ringing reliably once more in this update.

If you have any questions or suggestions for us, get in touch by email at or inside the app by tapping ‘More’, ‘Help’, then ‘Contact Us’. Thanks to those of you who wrote in to report these issues -- your feedback helps us keep the app great.

Mango Tip: Spread some joy while you're out and about today. Smile at three people -- or even more, if you're in the mood. Researchers have found that emotions are contagious, and can spread well beyond your immediate social circle. You'll be surprised at how quickly smiling lifts your mood and how many smiles get returned.

I was in the hospital a couple of weeks ago, and I was joking around about there being an app to remind you when to take your meds. When I was discharged I searched for such an app, all the while never expecting to find one. To my dismay I not only found an app to remind me, but "MANGO" does that, and a whole lot more! The pharmaceutical information is incredible, and can literally save your life. It tells you about all the medication that you're taking for example possible side effects, drug interaction warnings(with the medications that you're taking), what to and not to take it with(i.e. foods or beverages), best times to take your medicine, and my personal favorite is the reminders. I think that anyone who takes medications should download this immediately. Mango is a life savor, and takes the guess work out of taking your medication in a responsible and safe manor. I normally do not rate apps, but this app is to important not too. If I can help one person with my review of Mango than it is totally worth the time I spent utilizing this app, and giving an honest review of its importance, and how user friendly it is. Thank you for putting out such an amazing app. If I could rate this 10 stars I would not hesitate to do so!

Good app with a fatal flaw

This is a nice little app that works great... for a while. But after using for a few months, it starts to get slow. When you open it from an alert, it just sits there for a few seconds while it figures out what it alerted you for. Then you press button to say you took your medication, and it sits there for a few seconds while it decides what to do with that information. Every day the delay gets longer and longer until it's unusable. I sent a message to their tech support and they said they're aware of the problem, but the only workaround for now is to delete all your medications and re-add them again. Ugh. Ok, I did that, and it was usable again. A few months have gone by and there's no fix, so it's getting slow again. Time to start all over again.

This is a critical bug, and it doesn't seem they have the resources to fix it. My suggestion? Charge some money for the app! As far as I can tell, there's no way for them to make any money from me using the app. How can they keep this thing going if they don't charge for it? I'd gladly pay a couple bucks if it would allow them to actually fix bugs. Otherwise, I have to start looking for a new app. Sad.

Helpful App to Keep You Accountable

If you have to take a certain amount or variety of meds, it can feel cumbersome and feel easier to delay or dismiss than stay on a regimented schedule. However, Mango Health has helped to keep me accountable, not only through reminders, but also because seeing "0" next to days where I didn't take my meds or took them too late shows me an actual representation of how diligent I am being with taking what I am prescribed. My only comments for developers would be to add the ability to customize a medicine or supplement if it isn't listed, as well as add "Habits" for iOS, too (although I know those are two things already under consideration). Highly recommend this for anyone taking medication for any length of time.
