In this app there’s two parts the first part, is chongs which basically translate wooden post or dummy. But can mean done live, meaning practice with a partner.
The second is conditioning exercises, the mantis system emphasise a great deal in.

Pete Orum Sifu has trained in southern praying mantis for over 15years under the highest rank instructors of the system. This kung fu style is a complete system, and with in the systems has hundreds of drill. The aim is two practices these hours on end so then, when applying techniques it becomes second natural without thinking about it.
