Pete Orum Sifu has trained in southern praying mantis for over 15years under the highest rank instructors of the system. This kung fu style is a complete system, and with in the systems has hundreds of drill. The aim is two practices these hours on end so then, when applying techniques it becomes second natural without thinking about it.
