Pete Orum Sifu has trained in southern praying mantis for over 15years under the highest rank instructors of the system.
This kung fu style is a complete system, and with in the systems has hundreds of drill. The aim is two practices these hours on end so then, when applying techniques it becomes second nature without thinking about it.

These drills are great for any Kung fu practitioner, especially for anyone studying a Southern Mantis style (Chow Gar, Chu Gar/Chuka, Iron Ox, etc.)
I only withheld a star because I would have liked more drills. So please make more apps, Sifu! (Perhaps you could share the Sarm Bo Jin form...)
