The monthly subscription costs USD 5.99 per month while the yearly subscription costs USD 29.99 per year or USD 2.50 per month. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. There is no increase in cost when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, the current period cannot be cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you choose to purchase a subscription to MVP.

Removal of functionality to try to force monthly subscription

I am really, really disappointed in the way that they are removing functionality from this app in order to try to get you to pay the monthly "MVP" subscription rate of $3.99. For instance, when using this app for my first bike ride this year, I realized that they changed the splits from one-mile splits to two-mile splits. You could get one-mile splits back only if you upgraded to the MVP version. What good are two-mile splits? I want one-mile splits without having to pay $3.99/month to have them. Although there is a free version of this app, I paid for the app in order to support it. This removal of existing functionality from a paid version of an app in order to make you pay an additional subscription fee is infuriating. I am concerned that they will continue to remove functionality to force users into subscriptions. NOT A USER-FRIENDLY business model. It definitely makes me want to check to see what other workout tracking apps are out there.

UPDATE: Just found out that the monthly subscription fee is $5.99 instead of $3.99. Ouch!

UPDATE: They have now removed splits from the website as well. It says for splits you need to download the app, which now makes you pay for splits. BOO! What features will be removed next.

Useful features and great graphics

Riding in the moonlight I listened to music and 5 mile splits. I think the stats at completion are easy to read and understand how hard or easy you rode. Everything you could want to map and enjoy your ride. Save or share the workout. Hammer

My "Go To" Cycling App

A few glitches aside, this App has been terrific for 98% of my rides ...over the year(s). I have a handful of exercise apps I could use for cycling, but this is the only app I *ever* use.

I just wish I could find and sync my history of rides from their MMR App (previous, free version)!
