The monthly subscription costs USD 5.99 per month while the yearly subscription costs USD 29.99 per year or USD 2.50 per month. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. There is no increase in cost when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, the current period cannot be cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you choose to purchase a subscription to MVP.

Works GREAT for me.

This is a very good app for inspiring someone to push themselves to the edge of their workout limit. It gives second by second feed back of speed, elapse time and heart rate.
Personally, since college (during the Dark Ages), I have found that heart rate gives me the most accurate indication of cardiovascular condition. It's a pain, especially when cycling, to have to stop and take your pulse and figure out your pulse rate. With this app not only do you get a dynamic pulse rate, but you also get an average over time and a peak pulse rate to.
The "live" GPS Display on your smart phone helps greatly in situational awareness in knowing where you are in your workout. You can see those sections of your workout layout so you know where and when to "go for it".
For those trying to get in peak cardio shape or someone the is just trying maintain good cardio health this app is a must have Application.

Great App

It is a great app for all my distance needs. I walk for a mile or two with my wife or hike the Sheltoe Trail on the Daniel Boone National Forest and the app tracks it perfectly. My friends were surprised at all the features, charts and statistics it provides. It helps me monitor my distance when I ride my mountain bike thru the trails or my street bike on the busy streets. I like the milage alert that you can set for two or five mile increments. The app will call out your distance, speed, time and MPH allowing hands free monitoring. It stores all my activities so I can keep track of where and when I have been. I add comments about who I was with or saw, what I did or did not do and why, the weather and what happened. I really like this app better than the others I have tried.

Riddled with distracting adware. Beware!!

After suffering through a period of months when the app crashed nearly every time I used it, I was happy when they fixed the bugs earlier this year. Now, however, the last few times I've gone running, I get adware/malware popping up in the middle of my workout, which are hard to clear from the screen & are huge distractions when I'm trying to maintain a pace. It even puts me in to alternative app stores. This makes me think the app publisher made a deal with the devil to get their app fixed. I'm going to uninstall and find a different app. I'm very disappointed, because I used to like this app.
