"Fyi, yesterday... I ran 8 miles!!!! I had to switch a long run from Sat to Sun... Never thought I would be able to do that"
- Bill, Boston, MA
"Week before last I was prepared to quit the program as I left for my long run. I thought there was no way I could run for 1 hr and 30 min. The evening was beautiful, I headed up into the hills and soon enough I found myself a few miles from home... I ran for 1 hr and 50 min that day, registering 10 miles. That was the longest/furthest I had run in maybe 10 years."
- Stacy, San Francisco, CA
"The true test of the run was my recovery and I'm happy to report no joint or muscle pain the next day. If you hadn't set me up with the plan, I would NEVER have kept going."
- Melissa, NY, NY
"Thanks again for coaching me! I'm not quitting!"
- James, NY, NY

What's New in Version 4.0.3
Visual updates and improvements.
I have several of the under armour apps. This one by far is my favorite. It's simple to use. Instead of miles you use time, which works for me because I like to run for a set amount of time then turn around and go back home. So I don't worry about the distance as much. I also love the pace runs. Helps to build your VO2. More importantly it just works, you can choose different distances and levels and it builds a running program for you. I edit the days to match my schedule and then force myself to follow it. And the results speak for themselves. It's a must have running app!
I have done quite a bit of marathon and 10k training before, using different training plan. I think this app does a very decent job at creating training plans for various levels of running. It goes by time, which according to a lot of literature is better than mileage, and it makes it easier to follow wherever you are. It is simple to understand and use. And it works. You need to be familiar with training speeds, so if you don't, just read a bit before you use the app.
I just finished my first run of my half marathon training program. I had high hopes but have to say I'm disappointed in the functionality of the app. I upgraded to the plus and VIP versions expecting it to give me a comprehensive experience in training but they all seem to operate independently of one another. I tried to rewrite my half marathon training plan in the VIP version but received an error that my end date (race day) was too many weeks in the future.
In addition, it would be extremely helpful if the app gave some sort of notification for running/walking so that I wasn't constantly focused on my watch and could focus on the run itself.
