Needs so much help!
Dec 2016). Marcus please! Fix this app. Again. Since getting my new iPhone my rating would go to ZERO because it just hangs in your opening screen. And hangs. I've deleted and reinstalled. Again. (2015)When it works this app works well for me, but it just doesn't often work! I've contacted them several times and they swear it's fine, or remove and reinstall or try later. Like I haven't already done that!. Most recently it won't load at all. Black screen. Other times, an intro page loads and then you can't go anywhere. Other times it can't remember the theater you've set as your first choice. And other times it just spools and spools. I love our local Marcus Theater so I would think they could do a lot better on their app. A lot better. 12 year olds are writing better apps than this one.
PLEASE fix/update this great app!!
Oh Marcus Theaters. It would go a LONG way towards showing customer appreciation if you would update this app to work for your clients! Going to the movies is one of my favorite hobbies and pastimes, and I used to believe that participating in the Marcus Rewards Program and downloading this app was one of the best decisions I'd ever made! Now, it's just a huge disappointment. I live down the street from the Marcus Crosswoods and spend a lot of my hard-earned cash there every year. I'm tired of seeing Greg Marcus speak in ads before movies saying how thankful he is for us joining him at the movies - put those words into action and spend a little more of your budget on your digital media! I promise you you'll see great gains.
Marcus app now works again
I tried several times to get responses then called the Marcus rewards office phone. Nothing to do with the app support. I let them know of the mounting complaints and lack of help or even a response. The person on the line said he knew of app problems but they were not the app designers. He promised to relay my call to Marcus IT manager. A few hours later the app worked. All is well.
