A must for new moms
This app has all I need in one place to help my new mom body and mind. The specifically targeted post-baby exercises are simple and taught me that less really can be more, especially during the early postpartum days. The meditations are calming and quick enough for me to find some peace amidst raising two little ones. I recommend this app and everything it has to offer to all moms! I wish I had it after having my first baby because getting back to myself was a long, difficult road with little guidance from doctors. The fact that the Matriarc app is full of information from a mix of experts and real moms makes it a desirable community to be part of. I’m super thankful to have it for my second postpartum recovery!
As a midwife and mom of two busy boys I highly recommend this app! The exercise program is easy to follow and fit into your day, and the exercises offered are the same as what my own pelvic floor PT recommended. The biggest challenge with pelvic floor rehab is that it needs to be done when you’re also exhausted and overwhelmed with a new baby. This app makes it easy to remember each day and celebrates the true accomplishment of taking the time for this work. I’m recommending to all my new mom friends and patients.
Perfect postpartum transition back into exercise!
I am currently 7 weeks postpartum so just barely beginning to use this app but I love it! I’ve been super nervous to get back into exercise for fear of overdoing it and feeling pain, until my sister told me about matriarc. It’s seriously so perfect, with daily easy-going exercises to help with recovery and feeling good. The app is designed beautifully and is so easy to use! I also love the articles and other tools available (such as guided meditation).
