Matrix Master 2 is the evolution of Matrix Master. You can do so much more.
Take advantage of the power of your device and do really powerful matrix calculations in a matter of seconds.
Customize your input matrix exactly. Any matrix dimensions are now possible. Visualize your input with the help of the really awesome interface.
-- Eigenvectors and Eigenvalues
-- Matrix Power: done very quickly using the power of your device
-- Reduce matrix to row echelon form
-- Solve Ax=b system
-- Matrix Multiplication: always left multiplication
-- Matrix Division: defined as multiplication by the inverse of the second matrix
-- Matrix-Scalar Multiplication
-- Matrix-Scalar Division
-- Matrix Transpose
The interface automatically adjusts as you type to display as much of your matrix as it can. You can then simply scroll through your entire result matrix as it is displayed such that you can see it very easily.
When a matrix has to be of certain dimension for an operation to be successful, the dimension is simply applied to the input so that you don't have to do it again.
General bug fix update, mainly: Fixed crashes that happen when the matrix determinant is zero during solving Ax=b system, inverse and matrix division.
Version 1.2 release notes
This version of Matrix Master 2 brings big updates and improvements across the board, including 2 new operations: Solve Ax=b System and finding Reduced Row Echelon Form.
Here's a list of everything new:
-- You can now solve systems of equations by inputting them as a matrix and a constant vector (solves for x in Ax=b).
-- You can now row reduce matrices using the new Reduced Row Echelon Form operation.
-- UI bug fixes and improvements.
-- General optimisations.
Thank you for continuing to use Matrix Master 2. If you're enjoying please consider leaving a rating and review. Thanks!

Ok, but the inverse doesn't work
The actual calculator is great, but the only thing keeping it from 5 stars in the fact that the inverse function is broken. It will show a weird answer, so I would advise not using inverse or checking the answer.
Nope not like the calculator :/
Doesn't give me the option to use a 2x1 or a 1x2 matrix... Why?...
Hello! Thank you very much for your review and your feedback. It's very much appreciated and has helped improve Matrix Master 2. I have updated the app now and it will allow more matrix customisation options including row and column vectors. Please do try Matrix Master 2 again and if you could send me more feedback, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Great for all ages; good practice for the first timers and a fun speed challenge for the long-familiar.Both kids fighting to do math.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
