New update is bogus
The old MCCU Mobile app was much easier to use, a Simpler layout, and Solid direction with account manuevering. This new update is just bad, Its too much to look at, hard to figure, Unapealling to the art of simplicity. I’ve been a member of this bank & I’ve been using this mobile app for several years now, And I’ve never Dreaded checking my account more than I do now with this update. I’d really like a better layout, Thanks
Not optimized for iPhone x/xs
The UI is a little buggy on the iPhone XS. I think it would be less confusing if the profile updates menu was under settings because I was not sure where to find the touch id setting. I do like how much faster it is to access to my account overview with touch id.
$5 charge to transfer my money!!! Time for a new bank!
I’ve been with this bank for years and have never had an issue. Charging your customers $5 per transfer after 6 per month is BS. I left Wells Fargo for this kind of crap. The computer program I’m sure doesn’t need a raise so this is just YOU screwing your own customers. Bank shopping time.
