Never connected with Dr for appt. tech support no help
I scheduled an appointment and went to a quiet spot in my office for some privacy. Logged into the app and it said I had an appointment. I hit continue, it told me the provider was joining....and all I could see on my phone was me. The Dr. never joined. I logged out and back in, same. I called tech support--after 5 minutes they just told me to log out and back in. Then they told me that someone would call me. Finally someone else from tech support called me and asked me questions--I was on an iPhone 7 with the latest iOS and he latest app. They finally said they'd have to reschedule.
Someone called to reschedule for 30 minutes later. I mentioned to them that I had no reason to believe this would now be working. The appointment showed up on my app but again, it wouldn't connect. Big waste of time while I was trying to work.

This is a great app, and the service is even better! I had a bit of difficulty setting up my account on my own so I called and got it set up in no time. I scheduled an appointment, was told I would get a call within an hour, and had a Dr call me within 5 mins. I told him my symptoms (eczema) and he quickly sent in a prescription which I picked up an hour later. The best part was I didn't have to leave work to go to a doctors appointment! Will absolutely use this again.
Worthless!
I scheduled a phone call to refill my lexapro script. I wrote on the comment box before they called me that my reason for the call was to fill my Lexapro script. They were nice enough to take $40 and call to tell me they can't refill any psychiatric scripts, even though they are not addictive and non narcotic. So this is basically a scam!
