Meal Meter is an app that helps you develop better eating habits.
Choose 1-4 goals for each meal. Some examples could be: “No sugary drinks”, “1/4 carbs or less”, “1+ servings of vegetables”, or “Sensible portions”. Basically your goals can be anything.
After every meal you evaluate how well you followed each goal. It takes only seconds to enter one of these evaluations. The app then tracks all your entries and gives you some stats to see how you are doing.
This self accountability helps you make better diet and meal choices over time without the hassle of counting calories or messing with a complicated tracking system.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
