What's New in Version 2.3.3
Bug fixes and improvements.
I've had MediaFire app for a long while. Initially I was pretty happy with it. Then my main file was deleted somehow. I've sent multiple requests for the file to be restored over the last few months without success and no reply from MediaFire. This file had ALL my stored photos and GIFS. So it's pretty important.
I finally gave up and thought I would just start over. Now that I've tried to start from scratch MediaFire says "I've exceeded storage limits" with the option to"Upgrade". I have NOTHING stored at all. So I shouldn't have to "Upgrade"!!!!!
I've finally excepted I need to just delete the MediaFire app and move on. I suggest you do the same. MOVE ON!!! RUN!!!
One thing that irks
I love the app, but one thing that is tempting me to just not use the services at all is not being able to download the videos that YOU initially uploaded. The whole point was to save space on your phone for the time being and to access your files when your ready. What's the point if you can't even get YOUR videos back. I want to be able to have my things on hand, in my possession. I feel like they don't even belong to me anymore.
Apparently Very Deficient!
A friend located about a dozen audio files for me on MediaFire. I was only been able to transfer the files one by one to my root folder on MediaFire (which seemed necessary to create my own account to do). Then I had to move those Audio Files only one by one to a folder. What a royal pain! It was like I was doing some remote computing back in the early 1990and was grateful to be on AOL.
This is 2016 people! This is completely unacceptable. Further, this does not make me want to be a free customer much less upgrade to a larger account.
