Pretty good app: works best for Pics
In need of update, last one was Sept. of 2014. There are times when I want to D/L a video & the app won't recognize there's any video on the page. Otherwise, the app serves its purpose for the most part. Works best for pics (JPEG ect).
It took a few tries to figure it all out however, once you've gotten to that point it's fairly easy to navigate the app. It could be a tad more user friendly and I mean that sincerely. Just a little bit because once you've figured it out, it's fairly simple to use.
I have been having issues with the app crashing while downloading a video and it just stops downloading. I thinks it's just in need of an update for the latest IOS.
Works Well - downloaded someone's FB Video to my phone
I need to save someone else's Facebook video to my phone and this app worked well.
You have to navigate to the video in the browswer, open the video, THEN download it; otherwise, if you start to download with out clicking play on the video, it'll only give you the option to save as an image.
Then, the video is saved to your downloaded folder within the app. You can click the info button and save to camera roll, or other options.
I was desperately trying to find a way to download a video from Twitter onto my camera roll but I couldn't find anything that didn't require Jailbreaking my phone or that didn't suggest an app that had been taken out of the App Store forever ago. But with this app, I copied the link, pasted it to the address bar and found it, and it instantly gave me the option to save the video straight to my camera roll (: very happy with this app.
