Was only four days into the trial and was hooked. Great way to start the day, but carries well into the day. I find many situations where I reach into this new tool chest and gather what is needed.

This meditation app is not only great for both beginners and seasoned meditators but it has great comedy in there as well! 😄Excellent, excellent, excellent job.
There is also no substitute for having the coach that they offer with it. In fact, there's no substitute for this meditation app.
They keep the app fresh by making great changes to improve the layout and adding content. I also love how you can bookmark meditations!
