Great Entryway Into Meditation
For years I've tried to "meditate" but could never seem to sustain mental calmness for any length of time until I found the Morning Meditation online. It was easier to buy the app than listen to pieces for free. My life changed immediately, becoming aware of how I'm surrounded by life's miracles everyday. The power of using a sound helped me to go "within" in a way I had never done before.
Nice to always have on hand
I'd found separate links on You Tube to listen to the meditations, which was helpful though disruptive at best, but since I travel for a living had searched for a way to create a seamless audio file to keep. Voilà! Now I never have to leave home without it. Thank you for all you do, Dr. Dyer!
This meditation is quite effective. It does not only helps you center but it opens up the door of manifesting positive things in your life. I've seen the results very fast. It's by no means a magic wand but try it and you'll see what I'm talking about. My only regret is I had not found it earlier :) Blessings!
