Several bugs got squashed with this update!
An issue that prevented the ability to edit notes directly after creating a new task has been resolved, so was the other problem that sometimes led to overlapping elements when an iPad was rotated. Sync issues that caused the Focus widget not updating has also been fixed.
You'll be pleased to know that we also further tweaked the reordering of items contained in My Checklist. And last but not least, member roles are now displayed in the settings of Business projects where Roles & Permissions are enabled.

Getting organized well. Literally.
I usually don’t take time to write reviews but a prompt piped up and decided to do it. Part of my organizing goal is to do what I need to. I have been using this app for about 3 weeks now and I see big improvement in not just remembering what to do but remembering to write what to remember to do. I found MeisterTask easy and actually inviting to use because of it. I used Trello for some time and what was missing there is no outside simple task list I could see easy. I will still use Trello ifor what I originally got it for which is simplicity in movement of cards with organizing my clients as visual board . Combining and choosing one I can’t do yet. Trello size of boards is easier while for lists and tasks I find MeisterTask very helpful now. So for now I will stick with both. I use it so far for my own personal lists and for preparations for meetings.I found it useful to store links and notices I need to go back often or even share with someone. I share one board with one of my managers for now and check if I can extend it to more. Thank you so far.
Intuitive and easy to use, just what I was looking for
My wife and I are using MeisterTask to assist with our move. We set up a list for each room of the house, then in each list there are cards. Each card represents a box that has items in it. We list a few of the more important items in the notes section of the card. We also take a snap shot or two of the contents as we are packing the boxes.
We currently have over 329 boxes stored this way in a single MeisterTask project. We are able to find most things we look for by searching for them in the notes field with a text search. It has worked flawlessly so far. We have twice packed things we need and were able to find the exact box and exact item with no more than a minute or so of searching.
This app is intuitive, easy to use and understand, flexible to the way you think, and available everywhere you need it. (Mac/PC/Android/iPhone/Ipad/Web) I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to be more productive and be more organized.
