Memberment is an app allowing you to receive news from your neighborhood home owner's association (HOA), discuss topics with your neighbors, and serve as your access pass into your pool.
All discussion and communication is secure.
HOA/COA and Board News
Once your neighborhood starts using Memberment, then you can deliver news to all residents within seconds. Memberment gives the property manager the ability to send messages out to all neighborhood owners and tenants with just a few clicks. Messages do support attachments, too.
Replies from residents appear below the initial news article so everyone is on the same page with related questions.
Upcoming block party? Community yard sale this Saturday? You can post it all within Memberment. Our system supports adding messages, editing, and archiving them. You can attach multiple images and up/down vote posts.
If your neighborhood uses another messaging system, then you can switch to Memberment for an integrated neighborhood portal. Why limit yourself just to messaging when you can have all our other features?
Pool Access Control
Memberment was born from pool access issues. We offer a way a resident and other household members can access the pool, check in the family, and bring guests.
The HOA/COA and pool attendants no longer need to handle cash, worry about someone giving an access card to their friend/brother/out-of-towner, or be bullied by people who have no paid their HOA/COA dues.
Need to store HOA/COA documents? We've got you covered. You can securely store all governing documents and other forms inside Memberment.
You Control the Notifications
We believe you should control what's in your inbox and what beeps and buzzes on your phone. Memberment allows you to tailor the notifications anytime.
Minor user interface changes.
Ratings and Reviews
Crashes frequently enough to be a pain when used for pool check-in. Additionally, it would be nice if this would retain login information. Sometimes it does not. No 3D Touch implementation yet. Disappointed that our neighborhood forced this half-baked idea.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
