Excellent Service for UTI
Excellent experience. Doctor or PA and first caller very professional. Will use again. This type of help is wonderful for basic items such as a urinary tract infection. They were very kind, called back within an hour, and I had a prescription at the pharmacy within two hours. Very happy with services. I could tell the people helping were in the United States and professionals.
Terrible
Called in for a sinus infection, was told to go get a nasal spray. That was a waste of my money. The Dr or whom ever I spoke to was very dismissive. Never again!!!
Great service
Although I have health insurance, my urgent care copay is a lot more expensive than MeMD. I have used this app twice and both times I talked to an outstanding PA that was really knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions. I even picked up a prescription 15 minutes later. The wait was super short and the entire process was seamless. This app is a keeper for sure!
