Worth every penny
Just started my second cycle after some time off and I am reminded today just how fit I was after finishing the last cycle a year ago. BJ has a great attitude and hits my affinity for motivation spot on. It's not about hitting every step or knocking out high reps. He constantly reminds you of the need to finish. If you finish, you will change. I have all 9 workouts along with several of the other workouts and not one of them is insignificant. I recommend this for anyone; fat, healthy, it doesn't matter, you get to choose your own level of exercise for each series. Stick to the program (and a reasonable diet) and you will be changed throughout the 82 days. My nephew said it best as he watched me (fat uncle Steve) perform Spider-Man push-ups, "wow, my dad could never do that". Neither could I until I started Delta Fit!
I lost 53 lbs doing this program. I did the 81 day plan last year and now do the Workout from Hell every Saturday, while mixing up my weekly routines with other stuff for variety.
