Can’t remember where you parked your Mercedes-Benz? View your vehicle’s current location on a map by pressing the LOCATE button. The mbrace Mobile Application sends a signal to your vehicle requesting its GPS coordinates and receives a response back telling you where it is. There’s no need to remember to mark your location prior to leaving your vehicle.
Want a more convenient way to enter addresses into your navigation system? Select the SEND2BENZ tab to search for and send destinations to your vehicle from your phone…virtually anywhere, anytime.

First class vehicle last class app
I've been nothing but impressed with my Mercedes-Benz SUV. However, the app falls terribly short of my expectations and is an embarrassment to Mercedes. The locate my vehicle function doesn't work even if the vehicle is parked within eyesight of a cell tower. This is especially concerning if the vehicle needs to be found in the event of theft or carjacking. I shudder to think that if I was carjacked with my kids in the car that the system that is supposed to locate the vehicle wouldn't even be able to find it. Additionally, there have been a number of updates to the application but the functionality has not improved. I do appreciate the ability to send addresses to the GPS in the car before I leave my office for appointments, however, the technical failures of the other features of the app greatly minimize my appreciation.
Works every time!!!
I hesitated to download and set up this app because of the reviews. But, as far as I'm concerned these reviews are all wrong! I have not had a single problem with this app since setting it up. I can remote start/stop, unlock/lock and locate my car from miles away. This is a great feature and I would encourage any new Mercedes owner to try it!
Waste my time
Problems many times. Last time I sent an address the night before so I wouldn't waste time in the A.M. In the morning, it wasn't there and "tech support" tried to enter my address, tried to refresh my system and finally said after 20 min. I should make an appointment with my dealer. I tried the same address from my same location 2 days later and it worked fine. The last time this happened I left the car at the dealer twice, only to get it working when mbrace updated their app!
