You are the merchant to the stars. The top salesman in the tri-dungeon area. When a hero needs a new Pole-arm, or poison embed short swords they know who to come to.
Buy only the best gear from adventuring heroes, hone the weapons and armor to add new powers and abilities and sell back, for a tidy profit. All the excitement of a AAA RPG without all the fuss of combat. Maximize your profit, and minimize your losses as you become the ultimate shopkeeper.
As you level up, you will unlock new tomes of weapons that will aid your heroes as they battle in dungeons not fit for man, nor beast. Merchant features an entirely procedurally generated world, guaranteeing you will alway see something new.
Merchant to the Stars is the creation of the Doctor of Science, Mark Levin, who previously created such games as Top Gun and Warpgate. With additional art from Steve Tzé, sounds by Adam Fothergil and music by Whitaker Trebella, Merchant will remind you what it is to be in a fantasy world all over again.

Nerfed too much
I liked the timer changes, but gold is way too easy to get now. I have 16 million gold and nothing left to spend it on. (No more upgrades, expansions, etc.). It's discouraging.
Great game but the way you sell items to heroes ruins the whole game!!!
Please make it where the heroes consider on buying your items instead of you force trading them and they guaranteed to trade with you just because it's more powerful. Like a timer when the hero walks in and within the time they can consider on buying your items put up for sale. Because as of right now how it is, it just ruins the whole game and experience. As soon as I bought the game and seen how the selling of the equips was, I stopped playing because it got boring right then and there. It's all button pushing of boringness. You don't get the excitement of selling rare items. Imagine this instead, okay I just got a rare item and honed it. I price it to what I want. And heroes come in and consider the weapons for sale, they may or may not buy. But that's a way a shop/sim works. Instead of this forcing them to trade you and you already no they won't turn it don't because it's more powerful. There is no decision on there behalf. Just button pushing of the player. Just plain boring.....please change this. I'm sure every player or anyone who buys this game would agree on this. I don't know about you but I don't remember playing any rpg game where the shopkeeper would force trade me weapons even if its stronger. It's more fun when you walk into a shop and see a variety of weapons and you getting to pick out what you want PERIOD! And it works the same way around with a game like this even when you're the shopkeeper. LET THE HERO PICK WHAT THEY WANT. Let them have a brain in turn, the player gets the excitement of selling items as a shopkeeper. As of right now I think thats why players aren't sucked into the game. Instead they are getting bored of it rather quickly.
