Customer Reviews

Your BOA app is much better

Several issues! 1) there was a problem logging in, please try again later. Every time when I see this mesg, I've to un-install and install it, waste of time. 2) the Touch ID some times doesn't work and have to enter the password. 3) from an existing holdings, when I select trade, it defaults to my CMA account and not to IRA, when I select the account, all the information is wiped out and have to enter it again.
I can keep going with the list, if you can address these first, it will be great!

This app is very 2008 - awful, ugly design and poor functionality

This is the kind of app you would expect 10 years ago. Ugly, cumbersome, poorly executed and lacking functionality, this is one of the poorest apps in the financial sector. Even more shocking is that this app is from Bank of America Merrill Lynch - one of the leading banks in the world. Truly the worst app on my iPhone.

Hope the app let me select pin passcode or touch id

Wish they have the option for log in to my account using passcode or touch id
