Cloud Service Subscription Service Description
1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :
Premium Cloud $4.99/month ($49.99/year)
Platinum Cloud $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the quantity of devices.
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date in the "Account Settings".

New Upgrade Much Better
The new upgrade made getting into my cameras MUCH faster. I was nervous to take the upgrade as at least it worked. But I hated how slow it was to acquire a camera. After seeing a couple positive reviews I took it. Glad I did. This is moving in the right direction. Please keep that up. Thank you!!!
4 star as sound from cameras doesn't work. Not sure if app or ZModo cameras?
After the above review they upgraded the app. I have not taken the recent upgrade based on all the reviews so mine still works. I mentioned it was moving in the right direction. Seeing all the reviews on the most recent upgrade that statement must have motivated the app engineers that did not want good things said about their app. So they decided to see how bad they could make it to drive customers away. SAD!!!
We have had our camera for probably 2 years. Have never had any problems... until 2 days ago. It usually keeps us logged in, but is now at the login screen prompting us for a password. When we try, it says “Timeout” and does nothing. I have tried support... the chat is useless. Even though I explained all of the steps I already did, I was given a copy and paste of exactly what was on their website (steps I told them I already tried). Their English was horrible, using “bc” and “plz” like they were texting a friend. I tried calling support, the wait time was 63 minutes. I use this camera as a baby monitor, and so have been without a camera for 2 days. So seeing as that I need to buy a new camera, I’m not buying this one again. It was good for so long, but if I can’t rely on it working or having support to help me fix it, it’s useless to me. So disappointed.

Many flaws. Sometimes working. Need improvement
Very slow to open. Aprox 50% of time when I receive notification the something has been captured but images are shown, just the default logo. Many times there has been people in the picture but to alert has been recorded. Then a spider in the distance suddenly triggers a alert. Have had weeks in row where some of the camera were said to be offline. One camera was stated as offline every night - I suspect it happened every time it went to IR mode, then two weeks ago it has been online around the clock. I gave up on the cloud service, it worked for the first 8 hours then didn't record anything there after. Talked to support after lengthy wait and was told cloudservice is not working and to remove cloud service in this app.
