Good idea horrible app
Good idea this app walks you through the process step by step to submit a claim online. After 3 days not the I had to contact the help line on the app to see what was going on with my claim. The online claim process is supposed to take 3 business hours or less it took me 3 days and I had to call to get my estimate emailed to me. The app never did work after my initial submission. After you get the appraisal you are given 48 hours to choose to have the money deposited into your account or mailed to you in 7-10 business days. And because of this useless faulty app I never got a response from them until I called 3 days later and wasn't given a choice of how to receive my repair money. So my repair money was mailed to me (7-10 business days) instead of going directly into my checking account. DO NOT USE THIS APP IT IS JUNK!!!!!
The app worked great until my claim was approved. Then it only gave me one option, to receive a check for the estimate. But worse, it then locks you into that one claim request. There isn't ANY navigation beyond your estimate; no home button or back button, no navigation bar, you are just locked in to a screen asking you if you want to receive a check. I don't want a check, I would prefer they pay my repair shop. So I had to delete the app and download it again in order to reset and get back to a home page. Horrible experience, very frustrating.
Worked fine to submit claim. However, to get a settlement check via direct deposit was horrible. First, said account numbers for my bank Account didn't match. But they did! After several attempts it finally took, but then it asked me to tap a button to submit, but the button was covered by the keyboard and there was NO WAY to hide it or scroll to it. So I had to force close the app and try again. Exact same thing happened. Tried 3 times, then had to settle for just mailing a check and waiting 7 to 14 days.
