Flaws without paws


I have to agree with other reviews about how bad the app is. The pay option NEVER works and the app is pointlessly convoluted, the whole thing needs and overhaul and to be simplified. Its not like metlife doesn’t have the money to fix this either, they just don't care. When i asked why the app never works the customer service informed me they know it doesn't work and constantly get phone calls about it from other people and i should just find a different way to pay because they have no idea when or if it will be fixed. Awesome. The only update this app has since I've owned it for the last few years was that they removed snoopy. Literally the one and only good thing about the app was that snoopy (formerly the cartoon mascot of metlife) was on the cover.

App is a joke


This app is basically worthless. The payment option within the app has only worked a handful of times for me over the last 3.5 years. The website isn’t much better as it freezes/logs me out or generates an error message 90% of the time. I have received 5 late payment notices from them in the last 3 years because of their terrible payment options. When I complained to the customer service department about how ridiculously difficult it is to give them my money, they used it as opportunity to sign me up for the autopay option. I don’t use autopay for any bills and oddly enough I have never paid a single bill “late” other than to MetLife. Again I say, it should not be this difficult for customers to give you their money!!!

Useless app

Every time I try to use the app it never recognizes my log in and password, even though I go to great lengths to ensure the information I enter is correct. It takes me numerous attempts, then after 3 I have to go to the reset password site, totally unnecessary and a waste of my time. Once I finally get logged in, using the same, correct info I already used 3 times, i cannot see all my accounts. My homeowner police is missing, and when I go to the area that says to link all my accounts, I put in my homeowner policy info, but is states there is no account found.
If these issues cannot get fixed, I have no use for this app and I will have to go back to the old way by calling in every time I need to check something on my policy.
