Good but needs improvement

The app works perfectly keeping track of workouts and the coached plans are great. However, it would be nice if Adidas can upgrade the firmware of their devices to also keep track of sleep patterns, steps, etc., when you are not actually working out. Fitbit can essentially do the same things at a lower cost, so Adidas better catch up! Also, the app does not allow to adjust the coaches zones.

Great app

So far I've enjoyed the app and all the features. The videos are by far the most helpful part. I hope they keep adding features to it (as well as update the syncing issue).

Great running-biking app with iPhone

I have been using this App for almost 5 years. Started with the foot pod sensor which didn't work all that well. However since I switched to the app on my phone it works seamlessly. I have an iPhone 6 now and the app works great without ever having any problems. Find GPS almost instantaneously when I turn it on to go out for a run. The thing that makes this up so much better than many of the other running apps are the training plans and the ability to add workouts when you are not using the app (like when you're on the treadmill inside). I have trained for a number of different events and just find the distance that I want to train for in the app and tell it when the event is. Then it will make a work out based on how many days a week I want to run. When you go for a run you simply select the day of the week without work out and as you go through your work out it tells you if you should speed up or slow down and for what period of time. It has been immensely helpful in training for different events over the years. It also tracks miles calories distance etc. another feature that's really helpful is that if you don't use the app, for example if you're inside on the treadmill or you don't have your phone with you, you can go back and add that work out later. Many of the other apps, in fact most won't let you do that. I've used Nike and Strava and map my run, but none are as good as a mi coach. I think initially the app had lots of bugs, but they seem to have worked almost all those out.
Would recommend this app to anyone who is looking to train, especially running. Really a great app.
