Anyone can use the Skype for Business for iOS app when invited to a Skype for Business or Lync 2013 meeting. However, you must have a Skype for Business or Lync account in order to use (and enjoy) the full capability of the Skype for Business app. Also, some functionality might require an update to Lync or Skype for Business Server or might not be available to all users. If you’re not sure about your account status, please contact your IT department.

General and performance improvements
Needs to be improved!
I use Skye for Business for work and so I downloaded the mobile version for my iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately it doesn’t work very well. The UI can be confusing. Sometimes I can search for other co-workers, sometimes I can’t. It takes a while to see the status of my co-workers. The BIGGEST draw back is that my messages don’t sync. Also, if it’s open on my mobile devices and on my PC, not all the devices will get the message. Please sync across various platforms just like Google Hangouts and iMessage!
Update UI to support iPhone X screen!
Would be nice if the app would be updated to support iPhone X. In addition, it would be nice I you could view missed conversations.
Latest update and no iPhone X support?
Cmon Microsoft... please update SfB to take advantage of iPhone X screen resolution!
