Unable to upload files!!! (iPad Pro latest iOS 12.0.1)
Dear developers of OneDrive,
I’m not sure if it is you or Apple causing this issue; but, if you have not noticed, it appears now Apple/or OneDrive/or the new iOS 12.0.1 is not allowing to upload any files. Although it may show you may have “successfully” uploaded it through Apple’s native “Folder” -following the “share” process and selecting a location in OneDrive- When I open the actual OneDrive from the same iPad; well, it shows a file there... but you can only open it by using their “Blue Folder”; if you try to navigate from the actual OneDrive app from the same device to the same file... is found but you cannot access it. Also, if you try to access that file from another device from OneDrive, nothing is shown. Is this something related to “Sand Bags” iOS file structure for apps?
Please gather together and kindly fix that issue. You should desirve a 10 stars, though.
Will not automatically upload to camera roll
Not sure why it stopped automatically uploading my camera roll, maybe an update gone wrong but I found out today (9/8/18) that it stopped backing up my pictures in June of this year. So I have restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I cannot get it to backup my pictures unless I manually select hundreds of pictures. However, even if I choose to do that, the reinstall now has problems and updating camera settings just broke it as it’s stuck in a pinwheel. So now what do I do? I don’t even know if the app is going to finish reinstalling. The whole reinstallment feels like a facade of pointlessness because when I downloaded it, my account was still logged in. So what was the point of deleting an app, receiving the warning that all data associated with the app would be deleted, then finding deletion is nothing but a glorified hideaway of the app because everything is the same - including all of the problems associated with the app? And worst of all, I’m paying monthly for storage I can use.
You destroyed my work and job 😔
They locking me out of my account in any random time does not offer any security to me.
I made my account 2 year ago and I did not sent a single email also I have allot of files and data for my company into OneDrive account I Pay subscribers more storage for 7.$ monthly and I got locked out with the excuse that "someone sent from my email spam" and I never used my account to send a single email.
Then I had to put my mobile number without even to have the knowledge about what really happened to my account. Support team respond me that we can help you to return your account back ,
I find that really frustrating and I am really disappointed from the service and also from the costumer support that I talked in my trial to solve the problem because they did not help me at all and they only told me to do the steps which I could do by my self without to contact them. That was a big lost of time for me and I am not making an email address to loose my work and time and get frustrated but to enjoy good quality services and secure.
