Organize your day with To-Do's smart Suggestions and complete the most important tasks or chores you need to get done, every day. To-Do syncs between your phone and computer, so you can access your to-dos from school, the office, or the grocery store or even while you're traveling around the world.
You can quickly add, organize and schedule your to-dos while you're on the go. With important to-dos that you really shouldn't forget you can add reminders and due dates—we'll remember them for you. And if you have to-dos that you need to tick off on a daily, weekly or yearly basis you can set up recurring due dates to remind you each and every time.
You can also use To-Do as a note-taking app, adding detailed notes to every to-do—from addresses, to details about that book you want to read, to the website for your favorite café. You can collect all your tasks and notes in one place to help you achieve more.
What areas of your life do you want to be more productive in? You can have a color-coded list for each. Now you can quickly add your homework to one list, your groceries to another, your packing list, your work projects and your home DIY projects to yet more lists. You can create as many lists as fits your lifestyle. And if you follow a productivity system such as GTD (David Allen's Getting Things Done Methodology) then you can create a Someday list or a Follow-up list. To-Do is here for you, whether your goals are for this week or in 5 years time.
Plan what you want to focus on each morning and give yourself a powerful productivity boost for the day. This simple to-do list app is free to download and use. It includes customizable themes, notes, reminders, due dates, smart Suggestions, and syncing across multiple devices. In short, everything you need to manage your life and accomplish more. Completing your tasks or chores has never been so easy. Errands just got a little more enjoyable with To-Do. It is the task management tool you need to add to your daily arsenal.

What's New in Version 1.13
Introducing iPad and iOS 11 support!
Improved: Our sort options have been sorted out. Now the order of your lists will match across all of your devices.
Fixed: Sometimes we didn’t recognize that certain keyboards were entering to-do titles. Now third-party keyboards can create to-dos with actual titles.
Fixed: We also fixed the quirk that caused the list header to display oddly when renaming a list.
Fixed: You can now edit and save notes offline without encountering the endless sync spinner.
Fixed: And once edited, your notes will display every character correctly. We fixed the bug affecting certain Cyrillic characters.
Fixed: We want to help remember all your important to-dos. Occasionally, though, we were a bit too persistent about reminding you. We got the message and will stop sending reminders for to-dos in deleted lists.
Fixed: We also made it easier to edit your existing reminders. We fixed that pesky problem where the detail view wouldn’t open after tapping a reminder. Likewise, the date field will now display properly when setting custom dates and times for your reminders.
Fixed: Reordering lists on iOS 11 would sometimes crash the app. No longer. Now that we support iOS 11, you may sort to your heart’s content.
A Pinch From the Finish Line
(There is now iPad support!)
I have loved Wunderlist, and Microsoft aims to replace it. The features in To Do are remarkably similar and familiar to Wunderlist users with simplicity and minimalism at its core. With a slimmed-down UI, there's less to distract you and with the flawlessly smooth and responsive controls, you feel like you have a firm grasp on your system. Everything is intuitive and inviting. In addition, I'm from Seattle, so I appreciate the themes.
Right now the only things missing for my own workflow is the ability to have folders and sublists. This is my last reservation for using this app and once this is complete (both are planned), I can officially utilize this as a Wunderlist replacement.
Once I use this in my workflow, I will be most excited about the "My Day" feature. I can use that in tandem with my office' implementation of Kanban to help me see what I committed to getting done today.
I can see this being useful for O365 organizations as well as it can replace the Outlook tasks, pull assigned tasks from Planner, have inputs with Teams (i.e. Right click a message and select "Create Task")
I'm excited to see where this goes as I wait patiently for the product to bake.
Crisp, Clean, and Easy to use
It’s easy to create, order, and customize my lists just how I want. My lists automatically sync on my Windows 10 App, in any browser, and in my iPhone app just by logging into my Microsoft account on each.
My favorite part about the App is that it’s the perfect balance between simple and customizable. Each of my list looks unique and beautiful, without making me make too many decisions. It offers just the right amount of colors, icons, and backgrounds to choose from for my lists without making me overthink anything, so I can focus on getting stuff done without anxiety.
If you’re looking for a complicated todo app, look elsewhere.
Microsoft TO-DO not recommended
I do not recommend Microsoft’s TO-DO for several reasons.
1) It does a terrible job of importing TO DO’s from Wunderlist. And, ever since iOS 11 came out it doesn’t import Wumderlist TO DO’s at all, even though it claims the import was successful. This is probably because Wunderlist (which Microsoft decided not to support) lost functionality under iOS 11.
2) Microsoft TO-DO on-line help is non responsive.
3) TO-DO does not sync well between the iPhone and iPAD.
I’ve decided to use Apple’s Reminder because I know Apple will support it and update it whenever iOS changes. Reminder is a competent “TO DO” that syncs flawlessly between the iPhone and iPAD.
It’s too bad Microsoft abandoned Wunderlist, an extremely reliable well thought out program. I depended on it. Now I must manually transfer over 100 To Do’s from Wunderlist to Apple’s Reminder. I am not a happy camper.
