MidiBud is a simple MIDI Transport Controller. It provides a remote MIDI Time Code display, convenient in dark studios, and a transport panel where you
can control remotely your sequencer.
A complimentary MIDI monitor allows to check your MIDI installation by providing a compact view of the received MIDI traffic.
MidiBud works with the any Core MIDI compatible interface, with a MIDI network connection and with the line 6 MIDI Mobilizer interface and run on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, and it uses the MMC Midi protocol.
What's New in Version 2.2
Add support for using gesture in the transport pad. Downward swipe start you sequencer, upward swipe stop it, left swipe start rewind and right swipe start fast forward. The previous behaviour (sending MMC job commands) can be reestablished using the new Midibud page in the Setting application.
Where's the Global?
Follows but does not send, so no commands are generated from the program. If I have it set wrong, how could I know because there is no button for global access. No ability to setup. Where are the preferences pane, or even an in-app link to the developer?? You haven't thought this through from a user's point of view, and we can't read your mind to know this app's methodology.
