As an Army medic and Personal Trainer I find this app extremely useful. I use it for both regular clients as well as training soldiers.
It's got some great books. Does not include all of the books on the list. Annoying pop up every time I open....didn't I pay for this? Why are there pop ups? A few book are abbreviated and not full books.
This app allows me to tweak my training and gives great examples of total body exercises to train with.
