A Good Addition to the Mind-Body App Genre
Many good interactive features for showing, describing, and healing mind and body. You can control awareness frequency, size, and location around your body, and show your body from all four sides. Helps me conceptualize the parameters of the mind body system. Takes a rational, fresh approach to the situation.
Pass on this app.
One does not need this app if you can visualze and focuse mindfulness on the body. The screen rolls through the icon and that’s all it does. It does not offer insight or relaxation cues. Not worth the purchase price.
