This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of Mindful Creation and co-founder of a charity called ACT on it, also a mindfulness therapist and clinical practitioner specialising in contextual psychology.

Better than relaxation
I have some relaxation apps and really didn't quite know what to make of this mindfulness app because of the space in between the guided parts. But that's it! It's all about the experience and being with your sensations. And when you do this, everything comes alive; really alive! It took me a while to get this but it's been explained beautifully within the written content, And it's all for free...
Thoughts as thoughts
It took me a while to get into this concept - thoughts as thoughts. Then I realised that it's not the concept but the experience. This is about acceptance and serenity. I get it now and want to thank the creators of this app. My thoughts just happen. They don't have to represent who I am. Reading the insights within this app and actually practicing it through the guided meditations has helped me a great deal and I am truly grateful.
Love the app! Miss the old audios
Hi Reuben! I love your app and I’ve been using it for a while now in a daily basis. It is super helpful! I love the new audios although I was wondering if you could also leave the old ones (particularly the long versions of mindfulness of the breath and the body). I also really liked the bells as a way of starting and ending each meditation.
