I've really enjoyed this app!

The most recent update changed a few things. Some good, some bad. The app still has on point notifications to remind you when to take a break and retained a lot of the old options. While meditating with the app, being able to listen allows me to close my eyes and listen to the voice so I didn't have to look down at my phone. Mindful breathing exercises and dynamic lessons make it a great companion throughout your day.

Helps with my meditation

After trying this app it’s easy for me to tell that it was made with love. I mostly use it for its meditation help features but all the other features seem great as well. Thank you for creating something that truly helps me day to day.
