A few choices but great
The app offers like 5 or 8 different guided mindfulness tracks. I use the full body relaxation one before bed to deeply surrender to sleep. I use to have really bad sleep hygiene (iPad, iPhone, imgur, Netflix in bed) but this is now part of my tools to keep my bed a sleep only zone. I was able to get my body and thus mind to relax with a pretty nice guided audio track in this app. It's nice to have this app because it's free, simple, and useful.
Wow this is a great app
I cannot tell you how awesome this app is. I am definitely one of those people that over thought everything and constantly had thoughts of irrelevance going throw go my head. With this app it's helped me to stay more present and change my thought process and because of that I'm a much happier person I can't rate this app high enough you have to try it it's so great :)
While I'm not fond of the instrumental track (for some reason it makes me nauseous), the rest of the guided meditations are very peaceful and relaxing. I've found that they have just the right amount of structure for calming my mind and body at the end of a stressful day.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
