good app :)
mindshift used to be an okay app, and i mostly used it because my anxiety therapist told me it would help. of course, me being lazy i didn’t use it much because it was very basic. there wasn’t much to do and i got distracted easily because of the simpleness. i stopped using it for a while but i have therapy starting up again, so i decided to give it a try. there appears to have been a major update because mindshift really stepped up their game. the app still has lingering aspects of the simpleness before, but it’s much more modern and there is much more to do. my favorite part of mindshift is the “chill zone”. there are multiple audio recordings for many different occasions, and there is both female and male so people can choose the voice they prefer. mindshift is a great app for people with anxiety and has been a major step for me in overcoming mine.
I LOVE this app. I used to just kinda glance at it every once in awhile, whatever, but since the update, it has really gotten better. It has helped me a lot. I love the opportunity to log your anxiety levels every day. They’res so much to do on this app. I love how accessible everything is. All the labels, the colors, the soothing theme, I love love love it. Keep it up!

I have PTSD and it helps with any time to have any Anxiety attack or a flashback or I frozen just turned it on for me I’ll turn on myself and it just helps you’re not late to experience a better life for yourself or for your kid just consider downloading it it’s amazing anyway good luck
