App won’t pull up!
I have tried deleting and reinstalling! This app locks up a lot! Frustrating not to be able to see all the information on account loans as well! On other banking apps you can see your loan details such as payment amount, interest, term rate, renewal date! This app is a bare minimum app!
Doesn’t support face recognition. Errors out with face recognition, turns off Touch ID. Manual log in only if you have an iPhone 10. Better off keeping your primary account as Capital One and only use FCB for occasional stuff.

I can’t use the app because I click on it and it says error device ID not found every time, deleting and getting it again and we will see
